G-actin prepared from pork liver and purified to give a product of 95–98% purity was polymerized to F-actin in a rotational dynamic viscometer. The rheological properties were investigated during the course of polymerisation and after polymerisation. G andG measured at frequencies around 0.1 Hz increased strongly during the first 3 hours of the reaction and then slowly approached a constant value in the range of 10–50 mPa. The rise during polymerisation was more than two orders of magnitude. When a solution of F-actin was subjected to steady shear at a high shear rate for a short period of time and subsequently dynamic measurements were performed, then a considerably smallerG (about 70% smaller) was observed immediately after cessation of the steady shear.G then increased with time and approached its initial value.When measuring the viscosity of F-actin solutions as a function of shear rate, a strong shear thinning effect was seen which did not vanish even at shear rates as low as 0.001 s–1. Even at this low shear rates, a pronounced yield maximum was observed before reaching the steady state. Oscillatory experiments showed a remarkably weak frequency dependence ofG. The results imply that F-actin solutions are largely structured forming a weak temporary network which can be easily destroyed by application of high shear rates. It seems most likely that the destruction occurs by a reversible, shear induced depolymerisation process.  相似文献

在磁体力分布的磁弹性理论模型和磁场准静态假定模式基础上,对于处在周期时变磁场 中的不可移简支铁磁梁式板非线性磁弹性动力特性进行定性与定量分析.首先利用磁场的摄 动技术和结构变形的模态法,导出了关于模态坐标的非线性动力方程;然后利用Melnikov方 法,从理论上给出这一磁弹性动力系统可能出现混沌运动的必要条件及参数范围;最后采用变 步长Runge-Kutta数值积分方法对其磁弹性相互作用的混沌现象进行了定量搜索与模拟,并 利用其轨迹的Poincare截面图与Liapunov指数加以判断.结果表明磁弹性简支梁式板在横 向周期时变磁场中存在混沌吸引子,且在机械阻尼很小时其混沌吸引子表现出稠的特性.  相似文献

电除尘器本体结构优化设计是一个规模大,设计变量数多而具有相当难度的几何可调和拓扑可调优化设计问题。对这样一个大型复杂的结构优化问题,本文在文[1]的工作基础上,充分利用结构的力学特性,应用有效设计变量的概念,建立了不用求偏导数且不必解线性规划的可行方向法—KFD方法。该方法具有收敛速度快、占用内存少的优点,比通常ε有效约束可行方向法提高速度数十倍。实际应用的结果表明文中的方法是很有效的。  相似文献

Parametric identification of nonlinear systems using multiple trials   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
It is observed that the harmonic balance (HB) method of parametric identification of nonlinear system may not give right identification results for a single test data. A multiple-trial HB scheme is suggested to obtain improved results in the identification, compared with a single sample test. Several independent tests are conducted by subjecting the system to a range of harmonic excitations. The individual data sets are combined to obtain the matrix for inversion. This leads to the mean square error minimization of the entire set of periodic orbits. It is shown that the combination of independent test data gives correct results even in the case where the individual data sets give wrong results.  相似文献

The paper presents a theoretical method to investigate the multiple scattering of shear waves and dynamic stress around a circular cavity in a semi-infinite functionally graded piezoelectric material. The analytical solutions of wave fields are expressed by employing wave function expansion method and the expanded mode coefficients are determined by satisfying the boundary conditions of the cavity. Image method is used to satisfy the free boundary condition of the semi-infinite structure. According to the analytical expression of this problem, the numerical solutions of the dynamic stress concentration factor around the cavity are presented. The effects of the piezoelectric property, the buried depth of the cavity, the incident wave number and the nonhomogeneous parameter of materials on the dynamic stress around the cavity are analyzed. Analyses show that the piezoelectric property has great effect on the dynamic stress in the region of intermediate frequency and the effect increases with increasing wave number. When the nonhomogeneous parameter of materials is less than zero, it has less influence on the maximum dynamic stress around the cavity; however, it has greater influence on the distribution of the dynamic stress around the cavity. When the nonhomogeneous parameter of materials is greater than zero, it has greater influence on both the maximum dynamic stress and the distribution of dynamic stress around the cavity, especially in the case that the buried depth is comparatively small.  相似文献

Chaotic motions of a rigid rotor in short journal bearings   总被引:65,自引:0,他引:65  
In the present paper the conditions that give rise to chaotic motions in a rigid rotor on short journal bearings are investigated and determined. A suitable symmetry was given to the rotor, to the supporting system, to the acting system of forces and to the system of initial conditions, in order to restrict the motions of the rotor to translatory whirl. For an assigned distance between the supports, the ratio between the transverse and the polar mass moments of the rotor was selected conveniently small, with the aim of avoiding conical instability. Since the theoretical analysis of a system's chaotic motions can only be carried out by means of numerical investigation, the procedure here adopted by the authors consists of numerical integration of the rotor's equations of motion, with trial and error regarding the three parameters that characterise the theoretical model of the system: m, the half non-dimensional mass of the rotor, , the modified Sommerfeld number relating to the lubricated bearings, and , the dimensionless value of rotor unbalance. In the rotor's equations of motion, the forces due to the lubricating film are written under the assumption of isothermal and laminar flow in short bearings. In these conditions, non-periodic motions can be obtained even when rotor unbalance values are not particularly high (=0.05), whereas higher values (>0.4) make the rotor motion periodic and synchronous with the driving rotation. The present investigation has also identified the route that leads an assigned rotor to chaos when its angular speed is varied with prefixed values of the dimensionless unbalance . The theoretical results obtained have then been compared with experimental data. Both the theoretical and the experimental data have pointed out that in the circumstances investigated chaotic motions deserve more attention, from a technical point of view, than is normally ascribed to behaviours of this sort. This is mainly because such behaviours are usually considered of scarce practical significance owing to the typically bounded nature of chaotic evolution. The present analysis has shown that when the rotor exhibits chaotic motions, the centres of the journals describe orbits that alternate between small and large in an unpredictable and disordered manner. 碳纤维增强铝的复合材料在制造过程中,由于发生化学反应而在界面上形成新相。该相并非均匀附着在纤维表面,而是以纤维为主杆形成树枝状。本文利用剪切滞后理论,同时考虑到界面相亦有承受轴向外载的能力,分析了界面相开裂对纤维强度的影响。结果表明界面相与纤维间界面强度以及该界面脱粘后的摩擦应力的增加都能使纤维在给定外载下破坏的概率减小;另外界面相的厚度、沿纤维方向的弹性模量、剪切模量的增加却使上述概率增加。  相似文献
